We wanted to come to Phoenix before our move out here to find a home and start the purchase process. Karen Davis was rec ommended to us by a friend who had purchased a home with her as well. We had tried to contact other realtors, but never heard from them. Karen called us back quickly to let us know she could set aside 2 days to show us homes, and sent us listings quickly based on what we were looking for. She was patient when we came out to look and let us take our time finding the perfect home. I liked the property info she printed out and made booklets of, so we could easily take notes and keep all the properties straight.
She was also very easy to work with long-distance during the closing process, and easy to get a hold of if we had a question.
We will recommend Karen Davis to anyone lookIng to buy in the Phoenix area. Thank you Karen!!
